Well, I got my audio recording equipment (microphone and pop filter) and after playing with it for a little bit, I can safely say that the next part of my second video is just about ready. After a small practice session, it's safe to say that I HATE THE SOUND OF MY VOICE!!! It sounds so unnatural and rather watery. Makes me glad I'm not a singer of any kind. If you end up with your ears bleeding after hearing my horrid voice, I apologize. I have some of the worst voice acting in the history of voice acting.
On a positive scale, NONE of the videos I plan on doing will require singing. I sound about as good as a drunk donkey at happy hour. I also promise not to use any swear words (no matter what) and try to keep a normal, calm voice as much as possible. It's going to take some practice, but I'm not one to turn down a challenge.
Will I have a script for my second video? Well, let's give it a try without a script first. If things go smoothly, I'll be fine without a script. If things go down hill, I'll have a script ready for recording for the next and all future videos. I also plan on having some audio files for you to listen to (they will come in handy for speech classes), but that's later down the road.
One more thing: if ANYBODY requests me to sing for ANY reason, I guarantee that you'll get a VERY HIGH PITCHED squeal in audio format, courtesy of me and my voice.
With all that said, you can expect the second video very soon.
