Hey guys, how's it going? I'm here to say that Summer of the Dragon is officially over because I've lost all patience with Spyro and decided to abandon the series as a whole. I don't like it when I have to waste my time and patience on one thing. I also don't like it when I have to do the same thing over and over again. As of this moment, Summer of the Dragon is over. Besides, I have several other games I've been wanting to play for a while.
Hey guys, how's it going? I'm doing better following Peanut's passing. Good news is I will get another kitten at some point in the coming weeks, but for now it's a back burner thing. I'm here to post that Summer of the Dragon will be delayed by one week because I will be taking some time off from work and everything. I need this because I've been working for almost 4 years straight without a break. I need the time off to rejuvenate and get myself back in order. The stream will take place June 12 and will kick off with the first Spyro game and then go in order throughout the summer until the end of August or I beat all three games, whichever comes first. That's pretty much all for now. This is Kenjamin signing off.
Hey guys, how's it going? Physically, I'm doing well, but mentally and emotionally, not so. Over the last few months, my cat had hyperthyroidism and I've tried everything to reduce the symptoms. I can't say that the medication worked but made it worse (at least I thought so). Here's the strange thing: he didn't care for it and didn't bother him one bit, but after the medication, I've noticed that he lost a TON of weight and slowed down quite a bit. More so, his appetite went down as well. What's not so strange is that hyperthyroidism is common in older cats, but can go undetected if not checked out. I tried an appetite stimulant to get him back to eating. It worked for a while, but eventually he couldn't eat anymore. After that, he couldn't drink water (surprisingly, he did more of that than eating) and use his litter box. Here's the real kicker: his vitals were good. This left me with a lot of questions, like how is it possible for him to go on without food or water? Either he had some very good genes, or he is lucky. So after a lengthy discussion with others, I decided to put him to sleep. What's unusual is that I was actually ready and aware of this. I don't know why, but it was that way. It's going to be a while before I consider adopting another cat. But he lived a good 16 and a half years and I loved and cared for him deeply. And the funny thing is he was born in a garbage can (no joke). Of course, there were leaves in there for him and his three sister's safety (he was the only boy). For those of you who aren't familiar with Peanut, he has appeared in a few of my videos, making trouble for me. And if you haven't seen him, here's his picture. Rest in Peace, little buddy. Daddy loves you no matter what and behave yourself in the afterlife. One final note: this shouldn't affect my schedule in any way. Streams will resume like normal unless I decide. Kenjamin signing off and Peanut, this isn't a goodbye, but more of a 'See you later.'
Hey guys, how's it going? I'm getting over a cold that I got last week (I don't know how, but that doesn't matter). What does matter is that I'll be on hiatus come March like before, but also be taking another in June for the first week. What will be the plans? The stream resumes April 4 and it will be Crysis 3 Remastered. I will be returning to Uncharted afterwards. This summer's stream will be Summer of the Dragon, meaning I'll be playing the three Spyro games for the whole summer. Other than that, not much else to say. Kenjamin signing off saying don't get sick like I did.
Hey guys how's it going? I hope your holidays were safe and sound. Anyways, I am here to make a few announcements: first and foremost a big thank you to those who participated in my D&December 2022 stream. It does mean a lot to me that you guys participated, but I am still a little concerned that most of you don't want me to reach my 50 followers goal. Speaking of streams, I'll be doing the first Fallout game (this is a redo) in February; most likely in the first week through the end of the month. Then I'll be taking my first of two hiatuses in March because I'll be restarting my apartment search closer to my job. I also plan on doing Xbox 360 games sometime after my hiatus, but I have to do a little bit of research first in order to get things going. That's all for now. Kenjamin signing off.
Hey guys just a quickie: I won't be streaming November 28 because I get home super early in the morning and won't be able to stream, and D&December will begin December 3 with Baldur's Gate 2.
Hey guys just a quick heads-up regarding streams. First and foremost, you guys have to understand that I have a part time job and can't be streaming every day. I feel that's kind of disrespectful that some of you don't understand that I can't be on all the time like most streamers. While I'm here, the schedule is going to be a little out of whack for this week. Horrorfest will end October 28, and my next stream won't be until November 3. I do have a few games in mind: Uncharted that just got released will be one, Cowabunga Collection is another (although I won't do all of the games; that's too much), and Descent (which I've been wanting to do for a while). December will still be Baldur's Gate 2 as D&December. That's all I have to say. For those who actually are followers and not just someone who follows me out of sympathy, I thank you deeply.
Hey guys how's it going? I'm doing very well. Still loving my job. This is to let you know that I have new photos up. I took them last week, but never bothered to post until now. Hope you enojy.
Hey guys, how's it going? I'm doing quite well, still working and saving money. Anyways, I'm here to give my impressions on Overwatch 2 and all I can say is this game...isn't impressive. The first game was an absolute joy to play, but for some odd reason, this game sucked the joy out. But is it all bad? For only a small portion, it isn't. The first good is the introduction of 3 (more to come) heroes, Kiriko, Junker Queen and Sojourn. They add something new to the mix and all 3 are fun to play. Next on the good is most of the heroes got tweaked, like Doomfist isn't a damage character, but now is a tank. Orisa is also worth noting because she doesn't have her barrier anymore, but now has a javelin. It looks like no more endless barriers for Orisa. The last piece of good is that in custom games, there are more bots this time. Only Pharah, Echo, Doomfist, D.Va and Wrecking Ball are missing, but that's a good thing because I don't think programming them would be easy. With that, why does this game feel unimpressive? For starters, some of your favorites do play a little bit differently. It may not be there, but it's there. Supports now heal over time, which I find ridiculous because that makes killing them harder (exception being Zenyatta, Lucio and Mercy who always recovered after a short time). Tanks this time aren't as effective this time. I've only done D.Va and to a lesser extent Sigma and all I can say is I'm not thrilled. I felt like they're not as powerful this time around. Before I forget, the character design for Overwatch 2 feels a little out of place. Stick to the Overwatch 1 skins. Levels this time around aren't as fun to play on. I don't know why, but regardless of if I win or lose, I felt no joy whatsoever. I also am not a fan of having to buy Blizzard funds just for a Battle Pass. Halo Infinite had this problem also. While I am aware that it is optional, this sort of unlocking isn't worth my time. Before you nark on me, hear me out. I rather have the loot boxes back because I can get coins this way and I don't have to feel pressured to buy funds. Speaking of buying, this game is advertised as Free to play. Well, the catch is if you own the original, you get it for free, and while you can download Overwatch 2, you won't get the full effect unless you buy the Legendary edition. But does make this game bad as a whole? The short answer is until things change, my answer is yes. If you want a good free to play game, try Team Fortress 2 or Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
Hey guys how are things? I'm doing quite well and I'm still enjoying my job. Got to learn something new the other day. I'm here to say that Horrorfest 2022 is on and I've got a new game in store: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. I figure to do something a little different rather than try a game that may not work. The Horrorfest begins October 3 and ends October 28 and will post to YouTube shortly after streaming. That's all for now. Kenjamin says to stay safe during these hard times.
